Complete Ruby on Rails Services...

• Development, staffing, & recruiting.

• Cluster infrastructure for critical apps.

• Ruby on Rails experience since 2004.

• Unix experience since 1996.

We've been involved in programming since the early days of assembly language, followed by ten years working with Unix and Perl.

We got involved with Rails in 2004.

That depth of experience means we're expert not just on Rails, but on architectural issues that underly any solid and well-designed system, from front-end web server issues to back-end database design.

Coast-to-coast human deployment
Most of our clients want on-site Rails consultants and full-time employees somewhere in the USA. We're very good at this. We're also well equipped to do remote Rails development.

Growing Rails team
Our Rails team has quickly grown from one person to five great people. Tom and Ezra are architect level and participate in the community in terms of authoring books and speaking at conferences. Previous team members have been hired by our clients and are no longer shown here.

Business-critial Rails applications
Rails is being used for more and more serious business applications. We're right there! We're helping two of our largest Rails clients design their applications and their internal development processes and their hosting/deployment infrastructure to provide high-availability, high-throughput application performance.

Business-critial hosting (Engine Yard)
Check out our Engine Yard service if you're looking for a truly serious place to host and deploy your Rails apps. Exceptionally reliable, exceptionally easy to manage, designed by our top Rails development and infrastructure people, and fully managed 24/7. It's for customers who don't want to worry about hosting and deployment issues for growing apps.

Summary
Let us know your needs for Rails development and personnel. We're very competent technically and in business issues involving finding, evaluating, and deploying the best people for our clients.

If you're a government or secure commercial site, please note that all of our consultants are U.S. citizens, cleared or "clearable" for sensitive work.
