Staffing & Recruiting
We started QHI in 2002 as a Perl/Unix firm.
We learned the ropes of staffing and recruiting with some of the largest
web companies that needed top Perl developers.
In 2005, we saw Rails and decided it was the future. Our first Rails client had us find an employee for their office in Nashville.
As Rails grew, so did our experience with some of the best developers and the largest clients.

In early 2006, one of our clients was running on a dedicated server in Manhattan.
With many points of failure, it was a risky
way to host a critical app. It also required them to have operations staff.
Ultimately, their server failed and they were down for 2 days.
